Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the GoaCruise website operated by us.

1. Booking and Payments

By placing a booking with us, you agree to pay the full amount stated for the service. Payment must be made in full before the cruise departure. We accept payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking).

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure are eligible for a partial refund.

3. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of the crew or other passengers. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.

4. Safety

Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions given by the captain and crew. Life jackets are available on board and must be worn in case of emergency.

5. Liability

GoaCruise is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Passengers travel at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
