Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing GoaCruise. We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before departure: 100% refund of the booking amount.
  • 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by GoaCruise

In the event of cancellation by GoaCruise due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, passengers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date for the cruise.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

4. No-Shows

Passengers who do not show up for the cruise at the scheduled departure time will be considered as "No-Shows" and will not be eligible for a refund.
